Technical Support Options

 

The eVetsite System was developed to be a user friendly "do-it-yourself" web site building tool for persons with moderate computer expertise level. However, there may be times when you need to contact us for technical support.

Our preferred contact method is by email at support@evetsites.com. This allows us an opportunity to review your issue, view your site if necessary, and formulate the most effective resolution. We may either email you back or contact you by phone if the issue is complex and needs further explanation.

When contacting us by email please include your SiteID# and/or the Primary Doctor (VIN member) whose name the account is registered under. If you would like a call back, include your phone number and a contact person. If you are leaving a telephone number for a call back please speak clearly; our inability to decipher a phone number will delay your return call.

Please note:  When contacting us by email, we MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SEARCH your account by your email address, practice name or contact person name alone (keep in mind that we have at least a dozen "Blue Cross Animal Hospitals", etc. so a practice name search is not always accurate either)

We check our email frequently Monday-Friday, and several times on weekends. email is answered in the order in which it is received with priority given to clients needing assistance accessing their accounts. Please add keywords like "forgot eVetsite password" or "can't access eVetsite account" in the subject line if you need priority.

If you do not get a timely response to your email (within one day) please send us a reminder or resend the original email; your email may have been filtered or miss-directed. Try to include the term eVetsite in your subject line. Emails sent without a subject line are filtered as possible spam. Always include a subject line!

Telephone calls are always welcome. When calling during peak demand times (8am-11am PST) your call may be redirected.

At this time we are maintaining phone support from 8:00 am to 6:00pm PST toll free at 888-332-5316.  For general questions about our service, new clients please use Ext. 1. For domain name issues and Technical support please use Ext. 2.

When calling after hours please include your SiteID# or the Primary Doctor (VIN member) whose name the account is registered under, and a message. If you are leaving a telephone number for a call back please speak clearly; our inability to decipher a phone number WILL delay your return call.

If you need specialized or extended telephone support, an appointment may be necessary. Additionally, if you are planning on working with your eVetsite after hours or on weekends, and anticipate the need for support, please let us know during our normal business hours by email or telephone.
