Time Out Period and the Command

 

FYI -Email System Time Out: eVetsite III email has a variable setting where you can set the time out period under "Miscellaneous Options" under preferences where you can set the time out period from 10 minutes to 24 hours.  

The eVetsite Systems, along with many other 'Online' services and email programs, have a pre-set time out period; that is, after a specific period of inactivity the internet servers will cut off your connection to the service. This procedure is necessary to limit the number of users who are online but have walked away from their computer or become distracted with some other task.

The eVetsite Systems servers are set to time out after 20 minutes of inactivity. In order to keep your connection active and preserve your new work, we highly recommend you return to the command on a regular basis (every 10-15 minutes) so you don't get “timed out”.
