Market Your Web Site to Clients
Add your web address (www.yourpracticesite.com) to business cards, brochures, after care instruction hand outs, etc. Everyone that visits your practice should have your address when they leave. It takes time to educate clients to visit your site. Take advantage of every visit and every mailing to help direct clients to your new internet address.
Many practice management computer systems have a field on the invoice for you to put a default comment on the invoice. Make sure your domain name is listed there as well. If you send monthly statements to your clients be sure to include your domain name on the monthly statement somewhere. Don't forget the Vaccine reminder card...there's another good place to update clients.
